EASE Scheduling

Operations that are approved by medical insurance will be performed at Stanford hospital. Dr. Li operates at Stanford every Wednesday and every other Thursday.

Please coordinate with our insurance coordinator (Juanita@drkaseyli.com) to obtain medical insurance authorization.

Self-funded operations are performed in our certified surgical suite with Stanford anesthesiologists. Dr. Li operates at our surgical facility every Friday.  

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST ARRANGE FOR A COMPANION WHO WILL DRIVE YOU BACK TO YOUR HOME/HOTEL (NOT RIDE SHARING SERVICES SUCH AS UBER). Daisy can provide a list of private caretakers.  

Daisy can schedule the operation once the facility option is determined. Please note that preoperative consultation is conducted the week of the operation and a Covid test must be done 2 days before the operation (regardless of your vaccine status).

Preoperative CBCT and photography are necessary (if not already available) and can be performed during the preoperative consultation in our facility.
