EASE Scheduling

Operations that are approved by medical insurance will be performed at Stanford hospital.

Self-funded operations are performed in our certified surgical suite with Stanford anesthesiologists.

Dr. Li will determine the device of choice when the operation is scheduled. Custom MARPE and FME will need intraoral scan (Itero scan) and CBCT performed at least 6 weeks before surgery for fabrication of the device.

Please coordinate with our insurance coordinator (Vanessa@kaseyli.com) to obtain medical insurance authorization.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST ARRANGE FOR A COMPANION WHO WILL DRIVE YOU BACK TO YOUR HOME/HOTEL (NOT RIDE SHARING SERVICES SUCH AS UBER). We can provide a list of private caretakers upon request.

Our surgical scheduler (daisy@drkaseyli.com) can schedule the operation once the facility option is determined. Please note that preoperative consultation is conducted the week of the operation.

Preoperative CBCT and photography are necessary (if not already available) and can be performed during the preoperative consultation in our facility.
